We specialize in handmade acrylic frames, canvas prints, signage, LED displays, banners, and custom gifts for Mumbai and Thane customers.
Ordering and Payments
All orders require full payment upfront via Razorpay/UPI or bank transfer.
WhatsApp orders need complete details: design, size, quantity, and address.
No refunds on customized products once production starts.
Important Custom Request Note: If you want any custom features like wood frames, border frames, or non-standard materials, please mention them clearly in the order note or WhatsApp message. We are not responsible for mismatches, delays, or extra costs if not specified upfront.
Production and Delivery
Liability and Warranties
Products carry 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects only.
We are not liable for indirect damages, misuse, or installation errors.
All designs must be original; we reserve rights to refuse infringing content.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations accepted before production with 10% fee.
No returns on personalized items; defective goods exchanged only.
Data and Privacy
Customer information handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share data without consent.
Governing Law
These terms follow Indian laws, with disputes resolved in Mumbai courts.
